4 Rivers Electric Cooperative, Inc. is seeking a Member Services Representative based in our Lebo office to represent the Cooperative in the promotion of member services and other programs and to enhance 4REC’s mission: Serving & Caring. The individual must be able to analyze consumer-member accounts, recognize and resolve issues while working with a diverse variety of people and situations.

This position requires strong relationship-building, written and verbal communication skills with a positive demeanor to serve as a liaison between 4REC, its member-owners, our communities, and other strategic partners. Service excellence is expected through resourceful, responsive, and respectful relationships. The ability to manage competing deadlines and multiple projects at various stages of development using effective organization skills is necessary. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Outlook, Word and Excel, is preferred, along with any experience in online/offline content creation for the promotion of programs and services. Ability and willingness for occasional travel and assistance with cooperative meetings is expected. Must maintain a working knowledge of 4REC governance, including 4REC bylaws, electric rate schedules, policies, operating procedures, and rules and regulations.
